Hi, I'm Nathan!
I bring a unique perspective into the home inspection industry. My wife and I moved from rural, central NY several years ago. We have either renovated or built every home that we have lived in. I have had to learn a new geographical location and climate since moving to Jacksonville and have learned much about homes while working in the property management industry.
My work has put me into thousands of occupied homes in the Jacksonville area and I have seen almost every issue that could develop from a tree falling on a home to water intrusion, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues. I have had to identify the source of these issues and develop a solution as well as manage the repair to completion. Therefore, I wish to see people purchasing a home understand the basic systems and components and be able to maintain their investment for longevity.
On a personal note, you can find me on weekends at the beach, on my motorcycle, or hiking.

I maintain my good standing through accredited Continuing Education courses, ensuring I stay current with industry advancements.
As a graduate of the InterNACHI® School's Home Inspector Certificate Program, I cover all aspects of a home's interior and exterior, from foundational elements to heating and cooling systems, roofing, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure. My thorough inspections uncover defects that could impact your investment, from minor repairs to major structural damage and safety issues.
